WMG was founded in 2013 by Lauren Weinbaum. As a young female engineer Lauren saw that projects were the most successful in diverse environments. Lauren has worked hard throughout the years to grow the company while still keeping the family environment. She hopes that someday her children may take an interest in changing Americas landscape through building.
