Our Mission

WMG Empowering Futures is dedicated to empowering youth by investing in sports and educational programs that build essential life skills and leadership qualities. Research highlights the impact of athletics on professional success, particularly among women in leadership roles. A 2015 study by EY and espnW found that80% of female Fortune 500 executives and 94% of women in C-suite roles participated in competitive sports, often at the collegiate level. Through these experiences, they developed critical skills in time management, discipline, resilience, and teamwork—qualities vital for long-term professional achievement. This connection between athletic involvement and executive success guides our focus on creating environments where young people can thrive and develop into future leaders.
